4.5 hour bike ride. Great ride up Alabama Hill, Y road, into Lynden, to Birchbay, and then headed home. Hit the wall about 3.5 hours into the ride.

Off - Walked the dog.

I love that u had a lazy week. Just so you know...rode about 6 miles yesterday. Must have been like watching sap flow from a tree in the winter! It was so slow. Plus the helmet irritated the stitches. Looks like you're doing great!
