So I ended up do this today (Tuesday) at a Globo Gym. Free week pass. I ended up doing a 1 rep max instead of 3 rep max. Got 155 but failed on 160. Then 10 kipping pullups x 25 strict chin ups5 strict chin ups3 strict pull ups1 strict pull up
