Rest Day or Time Trail

If you are just a Crossfitter then take today as a rest day or make up day. If you are an endurance athlete then do a time trail.

Endurance athlete choose only one:
Bike - 20 mile Time Trial
Run - 5k Time Trial or 10k Time Trail (Depends on your race distance.)
Concept 2 Rower - 3K Time Trail
