400m run
50 air squats
30 pushups
30 kb swings
30 wall balls
30 pullups
30 ring dips
row 500m

Holy cow that was harder than I thought. Robby finished in 14:40 My time 21:20 I had to do assisted Ring dips. Grrrr. The muscle up will never come if I can't do ring dips.

Plus I couldn't kip the pull ups on the "Walmart" pull up dip station thing. One at a time for me.
